The table below is an example of the pool allocation system used if all the top teams invited are able to participate. If a ranking can be ascertained, the top ranked teams from each of the four main netball centres (Wellington, Hutt Valley, Kapi Mana and Wairarapa) will be seeded* into the four pools separately. Every endeavour will be made by the Tournament Organiser to place teams from the same netball centres into different pools to allow matches between teams that do not normally play each other.
