The development company Odysee Games Ltd was formed on 8 September 2006 in Wellington, New Zealand. The production company ody-see.com.ltd (OCL) was incorporated on 6 August 2007. We are members of the Games Manufacturers Association, USA (GAMA).

Distributors and Retailers

In January 2008 OCL will accept applications from prospective Ody-see Product Distributors for sole distribution rights for specified regions or markets. Distributors may also retail directly themselves within the specified region or worldwide over the Internet. Only organisations that are named as official OCL Distributors may purchase product from the manufacturer. Retailers will also find more information about our products on the Distributors and Retailers page.

Innovations

We are happy to receive innovative ideas from people in the field of games with an emphasis on learning. We may elect to enter into a profit sharing or licensing agreement for potentially marketable innovations. People sending us new ideas should provide the following details.

1. Name and contact details of the submitter.

2. Background material regarding the concept design.

3. Potential market applications.

4. Design test information, including models and test results.

5. Submitter's expectations regarding assistance from ody-see.com ltd.
